The domestic shipping rate with orders is $10 flat rate.

We ship via Australia Post Tracked & endeavour ship your order within 3 business days.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders $100 and over. Enter the code ‘SHIPMEFREE’ at checkout to receive free shipping on your order.

We offer FREE PICKUP in the Balgowlah/Cammeray area or at our next scheduled markets. We will contact you with a pick up location and times available.

Returns & Exchanges

Jaali May does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Jaali May only processes refunds if items have been sent with a fault beyond repair.

We offer exchanges or credit notes for full prices items that you wish to return for any reason. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

For Australian returns, items will need to be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@jaalimay.com.au to organise a return.

You the customer are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
